Nominal diameter: Conventionally covering DN40~DN1400, this time DN450 is the main specification of medium and large diameters, adapting to the large flow transmission needs of the main pipeline network
Nominal pressure: Standard coverage is PN1.6~PN16.0, this product has a rated pressure of PN16 (1.6MPa)
Applicable temperature: The standard range of carbon steel WCB valve body is -29℃~425℃, and can be expanded to up to 600℃ under special working conditions.
Adaptable media: Compatible with water, steam, oil, natural gas, and also suitable for some low-corrosive chemical media
Valve body material: The basic model is made of WCB cast steel, which can be upgraded to special materials such as stainless steel and alloy steel as needed.
Drive configuration: Standard multi-turn intelligent electric actuator, optional explosion-proof, mining coal safety certified version, protection level up to IP68
Flexible Wedge Design: Automatically compensates for sealing surface deviations caused by temperature fluctuations or pipeline stress, effectively resolving the common issue where large-diameter valves fail to close tightly.
Full-Bore, Low-Resistance Flow Path: Provides a completely unobstructed, straight-through passage when fully open, resulting in near-zero fluid resistance and no additional pressure loss—ideal for high-flow applications.
Hard-Faced Sealing Surfaces: The sealing surfaces of the wedge and seat are overlaid with Stellite (cobalt-based hard alloy), offering high hardness, superior wear and galling resistance, as well as excellent tolerance for high temperatures and corrosive environments, significantly extending service life.
Bi-directional, Non-Directional Design: The valve functions regardless of the direction of the medium flow, eliminating the need to consider flow orientation during installation—perfect for complex piping networks where flow direction may change.
Reinforced Valve Stem: The stem undergoes quenching and tempering followed by surface nitriding, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and galling. Medium- to large-diameter models are equipped with rolling bearings to ensure smoother, easier operation during opening and closing.
Intelligent Electric Actuation with Redundancy: The actuator features built-in torque protection and travel limit switches. In the event of a power failure, it can be switched to manual handwheel operation. It also supports 4–20 mA signal feedback, allowing for integration with a Distributed Control System (DCS) for precise remote control.
Back-Seating Safety Design: A back-seat mechanism is incorporated into the upper part of the valve stem. When the valve is fully open, the stuffing box is depressurized, allowing for the safe, in-line replacement of packing while the pipeline remains under pressure, thereby preventing leakage of the medium.
Product Manufacturing Standards: GB/T 12234 (General Valves – Steel Gate Valves with Flanged and Butt-Welded Connections) and GB/T 12221 (Metal Valves – Face-to-Face and End-to-End Dimensions).
Flange Connection Standards: GB/T 9113 (Integral Steel Pipe Flanges) and JB/T 79 (Integral Cast Steel Pipe Flanges); compatible with the vast majority of industrial pipeline flange interfaces in China.
Electric Actuator Standards: Standard actuators comply with JB/T 8528 (Technical Specifications for General-Purpose Electric Valve Actuators). Explosion-proof actuators comply with GB 3836 (Explosive Atmospheres – Equipment – General Requirements) and JB/T 8529 (Technical Specifications for Explosion-Proof Electric Valve Actuators), meeting safety certification requirements for flammable and explosive operating environments, such as those found in coal mines and the chemical industry.
